YUKI Handroll Bar

This is an awesome new gem of a sushi bar in Westlake!  The specialty is Temaki style rolls which is derived from the Japanese word “te” which means “hand”, and maki which refers to any type of sushi roll that uses nori seaweed.  While they deliver on all fronts on the hand rolls, our consensus is that the best of the best is the offering of nigiri sushi! Each serving of nigiri features their own special preparation of an exceptional and generous slice of sushi fish of the likes of tuna, yellowtail, salmon, octopus and more exotic if that’s your jam, served on their own special sushi rice. Everything we had from a variety of handrolls to a variety of nigiri sushi on each visit has been exceptional!
