Lee’s Kitchen & Cocktails: A Flavorful Fusion in Westlake

In our charming enclave of Westlake we are pleased to introduce Lee’s Kitchen & Cocktails to those who have not already discovered them! Vietnamese cuisine it has been heavily influenced from Chinese and French cooking techniques and ingredients. When done right it is a wonderful intersection of these regions’ dishes and Lee’s does an excellent job offering a dining experience that beautifully blends modern sophistication with these flavors.

Food: Lee’s Kitchen & Cocktails excels in delivering a fresh and inventive take on Vietnamese cuisine. For appetizers listed under the “Snacks” area of the menu, the Fried Oyster Mushrooms and the Salt and Pepper Tofu are both delicious. The Egg Rolls were also very well prepared. The menu features an array of dishes that highlight the rich, aromatic flavors characteristic of Vietnamese food. Start with the pho—Lee’s rendition of this beloved classic is fragrant and flavorful, with tender slices of beef and a deeply satisfying broth. Other standouts are Lemongrass Stir-Fry, the Bowl varieties of Pork, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp and Tofu.

For the main course, the lemon grass chicken is a must-try. It’s perfectly marinated and grilled, offering a delightful balance of tangy and savory flavors. The rice and vegetable accompaniments complement the dish beautifully. The restaurant also offers a creative take on traditional Vietnamese dishes, such as their modernized version of spring rolls, which are both visually stunning and packed with fresh ingredients.

Cocktails: As the name suggests, Lee’s Kitchen & Cocktails is not just about the food; their cocktail menu is equally impressive. The mixologists here craft a variety of innovative cocktails as well.
