Back on the Market: This one was listed last year in March with a starting price of $2.15M and has since had listings expire and re-listed a couple of times. It is now at $1.549.
It is location challenged on Westlake Blvd near Davenport village shopping center and hwy 360 intersection. At $416.62 it could be appealing to someone that needs a large family home in Eanes School district.
