Westlake sales year to date continue to outpace the Austin Market in general in terms of comparative periods for Westlake versus prior years.  The strong number of closings in January continues to propel the YTD numbers for Westlake.  It is too early to make estimates for February but it appears to continue to be positive.

This week had a total of 14 new listings and there are 142 active listings in the greater Westlake area.

Rollingwood, Westwood Area, and West Lake Hills

Back on Market: This home went on the market in August of last year at $4.5M and was withdrawn in December after working its way down to $3.995M. It is now listed at roughly $100K less.
