This week saw a disproportionate number of “Back on the Market” listings with 6 of the 11 homes entering the market fitting this category. There can be a number of reasons for this including occupant owners not wanting to have their homes on the market during the holidays, to those wanting to take a break on a listing during a normally very slow sales period, to those looking to have their home come off market with the event of showing back up as a “New Listing” when it comes back on after the first of the year.
